I’m a wedding photographer who loves capturing all the small moments in life.

My passion for photography began long before I held my first camera. I've always been fascinated by the power of imagery to capture emotions, preserve moments, and narrate stories that transcend time.

With every click of the shutter, I aim to freeze not just smiles or laughter but the feelings behind them—the joy, the love, the tender moments you'll cherish forever. For me, photography isn't just a profession; it's an art—a way to encapsulate the beauty of life's fleeting moments.

MY STORY

Think back to the days before we had cameras in our phones. There was always that girl with a camera in her hand. I know you remember her. That girl was me.

My mother is an artist. Ever since I can remember I have been creating art. Photography was the medium where I found I could fully express myself. I love the saying, “only you can see the world like you do.”

Vincent Van Gogh said that there was truly nothing more artistic than to love, and capturing that love is my greatest joy and passion.

When my eye catches a moment and the shutter clicks and a memory is made forever, to me, there is nothing better than that. My passion for photography spans years, dating back to my early days of playing around with film cameras at the age of 12 and becoming a photojournalist for the newspaper at the age of 16.

I’ve really done it all in terms of the realms of photography. Then, somewhere around 2016, I started capturing weddings. I was blown away. How incredible to be let into this world. A day filled with so many emotive moments both big and small. Intimate and sacred. These were memories, memories I was collecting for my couples to save for the rest of their lives.

With every photograph, I aim to capture not just moments but the essence of your story—a narrative that speaks volumes without words.

A little about me

I wear many hats in my daily life. I am a wife, a mother to three incredible children and a photographer who is incredibly blessed to live out her dream each day.

I spent my childhood up north in Connecticut yet I feel truly at peace in my home base of Sarasota. With that being said I do crave seasons and we frequent the mountains several times a year to experience each season “showing off”.

I firmly believe in romanticizing your life to the fullest and I emulate that concept through all aspects of my life both at home and in my career. I believe that we all eventually reach the space in our lives that bring us back to craving the simple moments.

The moments that bring us true joy. The moments that make us feel alive in the smallest of ways. For me, it’s fresh cut flowers from our garden on the table and soft music playing as tiny feet race in to sit for dinner.

I try to be fully present in my daily life, cherishing each moment. I am an artist and a creative at heart, always finding new hobbies to do in my spare time. And of course, my favorite hobby, traveling with my family with my camera in hand.
